Kharis Capital engaged us for the Zoho CRM basic setup and data migration from Salesforce,
Zoho CRM has a set of ready mapping tools for such activities, but some data, like notes and attachments, had to be imported manually.
We set up the pipeline, sales process stages, and all fields and migrated the initial data set.
We set up the custom deal module specific to this client’s deal stages and steps with notifications.
Of course, we prepared instructions and trained employees to use Zoho CRM smoothly.

If a record has more than ten tags, only the first ten tags will be migrated.
Each tag can have a maximum of 25 characters.
