Zoho Inventory integration with Magento

This was the 9-month project for Mr. Shrinkwrap Magento shop.

We had to migrate Sage ERP to Zoho ERP – Zoho Inventory with the smooth integration with Zoho CRM and Zoho Books.

The scope included:

  1. The migration from Sage – fields, layout, customizing sales process, documents, email templates, historical data migration year by year ( invoices and other documents)
  2. Adding dropshipping functionality
  3. Shipment tracking in Magento and ERP
  4. Grouped products in Magento – to simple products
  5. the connector modification
  6. data integration with Zoho CRM
  7. integration with Zoho Sign
  8. integration with the custom Purchase Order module
  9. and more

We learned Zoho API limitations and security settings for the various team members
