PM World Conference

PM World runs an annual conference for many years.  Our role was to focus on choosing the best CRM, Agile CRM setup, managing the CRM and data side of the marketing campaign. We set up the Agile CRM, integrated various data sources into one central database (maintaining all tagging, sourcing, etc.), set up buckets in a funnel with pixels, and track the progress of contacts through that funnel with reporting. It was a multichannel marketing campaign setup.

PM World

Property Management World conference is one of the biggest events in the property management industry. This is an annual event, very popular in the USA.

We were asked to help with setting a multichannel marketing process and integration with various tools, like Agile CRM, MailChimp, Eventbrite, Zapier, Sumo, Leadpages, and some others.

We created a CRM segmentation, scores, automated workflows, rules, web forms, lead pages, and email communication.

The project was a great success. The client sold all tickets 1,5 month before the conference start date.

  4. setting a multichannel marketing process
  5. setting custom audiences in Facebook Manager ( automatically integrated with CRM and Sumo)
